All RealQ® installations must be easy to use. Ideally, an installation facilitates everything from documentation in journal to research databases, quality registers and internal quality systems – in other words, it saves time. The worst case scenario is that it is “time neutral,” meaning that the program may not result in double the work for data entry, for example.
Higher quality at the clinic may not be attained at the expense of the doctor’s time. This is why one criterion for all of our installations is that they generate a higher level of quality without demanding more of the user’s time.
